2002 Nordic Tug - Hatch Way Handles

Good morning.  James again with another question.  I need to replace the hatchway closing hardware for the hatch that opens upward into the rear cabin area from the aft deck.

This is the broken lever from the underside.  Nothing goes through to the topside.

This is what a functioning on looks like.

Any help is appreciated.

I just did mine on 32-289 (2007):

What is odd is that the screws they provided were too big for the holes so
prepare to use the existing screws and / or make the holes bigger in the
plastic bases.
