Thanks Tom

After a bit of trial and error I found the following work well for me:

  • nitrile 70 duro
  • water fill use size: AS568-125 or go to Ace hardware and use Danco #25
  • fuel and waste are bigger and seemed to want a thicker oring so I used size: AS568-222

I found orings in smaller quantities at The O-Ring Store online. They are cheap and I got a lifetime supply.

A size larger or smaller would probably still work.

I ordered a "bunch" of O rings from a local company for deckfill and other items (aftercooler and Groco strainer).

If I have the right codes (?) the deckfills are:
Number 2-136 N70    Size: 2.00x .103    Cost: $0.29 each
Number 2-222 N70    Szie: 1.500x .139    Cost: $0.33 each
If memory serves, the deckfills are 2inch for the diesel and 1.5 inch for the waste and water (water may be 2 inch as well). I no longer own the Tug so cannot measure or access the O rings to measure. To obtain these measurements (for the first order), I sent in a sample of each O ring I wanted and the info here is from the invoice.
Being as these O rings are so inexpensive, I changed them out annually. Definitely don't want water in the fuel.
Hope that helps,

Also looking for the o rings, went to the fill manufacturer, but they don’t sell the o rings separately a few years ago.  Hope you find a source.

This may seem like a trivial question, but I am struggling to find the correct o-rings for the 4 deck fill fittings (diesel, waste, and water (2)) on my 2007 NT32.  I bought the Perko 1.5 inch o-rings from West Marine but they were a little bit oversize for the water fill and too thin for the fuel fill.

Has anyone done the research and found the right sizes (and materials) for all 4 deck fill o-rings?
