Greetings from the UK

The upper helm hydraulic steering pump is leaking on my NT37, does anyone
know whether there is a service kit available for this pump, the marking on
the side of the pump reads 'TELEFLEX 1021'.

I'm struggling to find any details of this pump, so any help will be
appreciated.

Thanks
Steve

Steve,

You should have a label like in the attached picture. It will be high on the port side. I imagine our pumps are the same.
It’s a Capilano Model 1275V manufactured by Teleflex Canada. With this information, you should be able to find a seal kit.
My identical lower pump was leaking and all that was needed was to tighten the hose fittings slightly. You might try that first.

Thanks for the reply Dave.

The pump is indeed the same, my initial view was from the starboard side so
I didn't see the label until I started to remove the pump, good thing is
that I managed to source a seal kit in the UK which was a bit of a mission
in itself...

It was leaking from where the shaft enters the pump, so I thought I'd treat
it to new seals all round.
