Tracey,
You have an older 32 than I do and I couldn’t see the picture but there is a small issue with the way the water can sometimes run down the edge of the molding onto the floor (even with the shower curtain fully in place. Not being able to see the photo, I don’t know if the prior owner was trying to solve this or it was something else entirely. I was able to solve it by running a small bead of sealant on the inboard corner to direct the water. If you want a photo, I can send it to you directly.

Looks like an add-on. Not sure what purpose they would be for. My 32-190 doesn't have them.

Hello,
On HAMLET, 32-116, on the shower floor there are some pieces of molding that I presume were to help direct the water to the drain. My experience with them is they seem to catch on hold water behind them preventing it from flowing to the drain quickly. I will attach a picture for reference.
Has anyone else got these moldings on their shower floor? Do they serve a purpose? I want to remove them and caulk the holes.
Thanks,
Tracy Burke, K4EIX
