Hi I had a company called Seventh Wave out of Sequim Wa install a inspection plate near top of tank ,clean the inside of tank & clean & polish the 100 gallons of fuel in it . All day job but well worth it for the peace of mind . Cost about $800 10 years ago Little Minute 26 -156 Dave T Tacoma Wa
