Re: Sentoa Digest, Vol 170, Issue 1 NT 37 fuel tank leak

I own 2007. 37-181. Experienced the same problem 5 years ago.  Found that the hose clamps on the tanks fill hose were not tight so when the tank was completely full I was getting some minor fuel leaking.  Due to the location of the tank fill i was fortunately able to use about 4 feet of socket extensions connected together and was able to reach the clamps to tighten them (it was not an easy job)

Thanks David.

PN 103023 doesn't look like either of the two profiles that are on the
hatch now. It's possible someone replaced it with something else along the
way.

Did you use this on the front of the hatch (where it meets the door) in
addition to the sides and the back (hinge-side)?

Do you have pictures of it installed?

Thanks,
Ryan

See attached door drawing.  Not your door but should be similar.

Greetings,

I'm replacing the gas struts on my 2007 NT 32 salon hatch (above the rear
door) and the weather stripping / gasket is probably also in need of
replacement.

It looks like around the hinge edge and two sides seem to be 3/4" wide
and ~1/2" deep. The front seems to be similar, just oriented differently,
maybe 1/2" wide and 3/4" tall.

I assume these are from Diamond Sea Glaze but I'm having trouble matching
the exact part numbers.

Has anyone replaced this before? If so, do you have the part numbers you
used?

Bonus if you have the PN for the gasket for the rear door as well.

Thanks,
Ryan

Thanks Torben!
I’ll look again, so far not finding any diesel there. But at least I have access behind the sink if needed, easier than 4 feet of extensions! (Impressive, by the way…)
