I finally got through to Xantrex technical support today and learned that the replacement for the Link 1000 is Model 84-2056-01. However, this controls only the inverter/charger and does not provide the battery monitor functions (SOC, volts, amps, amp-hours, etc.) A separate Link Pro will be required if those functions are desired. The 84-2056-01 is currently out of stock and shipments are due to arrive in May. Harry Hungate Bessie NT 32-238

Further examination of 84-2056-01 shows it indicates volts and amps with a bar of LEDs, not the digital display of the Link 1000. I will order one to replace my Link 1000.
