Dehumidifier

Hello all

I have been using an Eva Dry 2200 for ten years

I have it on a timer.  Runs 12 hours a day.

Since the cup is not huge, I simple drilled a hole in it and inserted a 3/8 hose barb.

The Eva Dry removes on a general average of a 1/2 to a nearly a cup of water ever day and drains into the shower pan.

A friend has a 42 and keeps two going.  Same positive results

Our interior has never had an mildew problem, sticky vinyl or dampness smells

The Eva dry has no moving parts.  This is my second one in the ten years.  The first ones power converter gave up the after 8.5 years .

It has worked for us.

Any auto parts store (NAPA, etc) will have what you need.  Some even have a kit of o-ring stock and can make any custom size while you wait.  I replaced our two water fill o-rings with 1 1/2” diameter o-rings purchased from NAPA.

Just carefully dig out the old o-rings and take them to a parts store.

Take the fitting or the old o-ring to any hydraulic hose company. They will have the correct o-ring. It is amazing how O-rings they stock. Done this many times always got what I wanted.

Hi Rick,
Have you checked with Tacoma Screw. I've seen a major selection of O-rings there.

Also looking for the o rings, went to the fill manufacturer, but they don’t sell the o rings separately a few years ago.  Hope you find a source.

This may seem like a trivial question, but I am struggling to find the correct o-rings for the 4 deck fill fittings (diesel, waste, and water (2)) on my 2007 NT32.  I bought the Perko 1.5 inch o-rings from West Marine but they were a little bit oversize for the water fill and too thin for the fuel fill.

Has anyone done the research and found the right sizes (and materials) for all 4 deck fill o-rings?
