Re-bedding Fuel and Pump-out deck fittings

Has anyone re-bedded their fuel and pump-out deck fittings (or water fill deck fitting for that matter?  Looking for advice on how to best approach that. I searched our archives and did not find anything specific.

I have access to the underside of these fittings via a port behind the settee and was hoping I could just unscrew the deck fittings and lift them up maybe a 1/2”, then clean and rebed them. As opposed to removing the respective hoses and taking them all the way out. But, it looks like the hoses are pushed up tight against the deck and may need to be taken off the fittings. There is not much space there to undo the double clamp (though it is great to see they are double clamped!) then loosen and pull off those hoses. Plus, I see one of the screws on the fuel filler is actually a bolt that is grounded on the underside.

Any advice on how to approach this and what to avoid would be greatly appreciated!

I did read to not use Butyl tape on fuel fill since that tape does not like solvents.

Thank you,
