Happy New Year ,tugging We have a NT 32/2000 and its time to change/improve the saloon window shades.I am sure many of you have upgraded. Nothing too fancy. Any suggestions ?? Hello, We just redid the shades on our windows. We chose a pull down cellular shade from Hunter Douglas. They are blackout with many colour options. Because of the slope of the salon wall, the bottom of the shade will hang away from the wall when the shades are down. I don’t like this and we didn’t like any of the options to keep them tight to the wall (like a clip or guide line). To get around this, I hid a magnet behind the fabric of the salon, under each window and glued another one to each shade. The magnets gold the bottom of the blinds against the wall. It works great and we are very pleased with the results.
